K-12 Arabic Teacher Grants
The Qatar Foundation International (QFI) has announced the following grant opportunities for K-12 Arabic teachers.
Teacher Initiative Grants - For K-12 classroom teachers up to $5,000 designed to help practicing teachers do something extra either for their Arabic classes or for their own professional development.
Curriculum Development Grants - To advance the teaching of Arabic language and culture in U.S. public and public charter schools (maximum award: $25,000, deadline: February 1, 2012)
Grants to Schools - To support and promote the teaching of Arabic in U.S. public schools and public charter schools (maximum matching grant: $25,000, deadline: February 29, 2012)
